Brittani.
Brittani Scott, originally from Edmond and now proudly rooted in Oklahoma City, is a dedicated ethical vegan and co‑founder of REV Fest. Her commitment to veganism is deeply tied to her love for animals and her belief in building compassionate, inclusive, and connected communities. REV Fest reflects that mission as a completely zero‑profit, volunteer‑powered celebration of plant‑based living, activism, and local culture.
Since relocating to OKC to be closer to the REV Fest stomping grounds, Brittani has expanded her advocacy through hands‑on work and local organizing. She has volunteered with Vegan Outreach to support the Vegan Chef Challenge, helping uplift chefs and restaurants exploring plant‑based cuisine. She has spent many a Sunday in Luther, OK at Oliver and Friends Farm Rescue and Sanctuary, where she has assisted with animal care and supports their mission of rescue and education.
Brittani also helps cultivate community through monthly Red Earth Vegan meetups, gathering vegans and the vegan‑curious at rotating restaurants offering plant‑based options. Her Saturdays are often spent at the OKC Farmers Market, helping at her best friend’s all‑vegan bakery booth, 1 More Bite. Courtenay — the bakery’s owner and Brittani’s favorite human — shares her passion for food, compassion, and community, a partnership that helped spark the creation of REV Fest.
In 2025, Brittani and her collaborators founded The Red Plains Peace Society, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about veganism, plant‑based living, and compassionate action throughout Oklahoma. Through events, education, and community engagement, she continues working toward a future where kindness, sustainability, and good food bring people together.
